As you may be aware from the News, fly-tipping is a real problem. If you are reporting an illegal fly-tip or dumped car, could you provide as much information as possible in your message? If possible, this will include details such as the date of the incident, or the date it was discovered; the location; a description of the waste; the number of people involved and what they looked like?
